Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ayush Rudhra – Astrology & Spiritual Consultations, we aim to deliver accurate, personalised and time-bound services to all clients. As all consultations, reports, anushthans and spiritual guidance services are customised, the following Refund Policy applies:

1. No Refund After Consultation / Report Delivery

Once:

• The consultation (telephonic / video / chat) is completed, or
• The report or analysis has been prepared or delivered,

No refund is applicable under any circumstances. Our services are intellectual, time-based and personalised; therefore refunds are not possible after delivery.

2. Refund Before the Appointment (Consultation Bookings Only)

Clients may request a refund before the scheduled consultation time ONLY if:

• No personalised analysis, pre-reading or preparation has begun
• Cancellation request is made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time

A payment gateway processing fee (5%–10%) may be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked:

• Anushthan / Ritual / Puja Booking
• Spiritual Prayog Expenses
• Energised Products / Yantras
• Personalised Astro, Numerology or Horoscope Reports
• Emergency Consultation
• Priority or Same-Day Appointment Request
• Any service where analysis or preparation has already started

These services require time, preparation, material cost and spiritual arrangements, therefore refunds cannot be issued once initiated.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 2 hours before the appointment.
• A missed session or arriving more than 10 minutes late is counted as session consumed. No refund or reschedule applies.

5. Jurisdictional Restrictions

Users acknowledge that:

“Our services are not offered in jurisdictions where astrology or similar services are restricted or prohibited by law.”

If a user books from a restricted or prohibited region, no refund applies unless the consultation has not been delivered yet.

6. Double Payment or Duplicate Transaction

• Duplicate transactions will be refunded in full.
• Clients must share payment proof or screenshot.
• Refund will be processed in 5–7 business days.

7. Failed or Pending Payment Status

If the payment is deducted but the order does not reflect on our system:

• The payment gateway or bank usually auto-refunds within 5–7 business days.
• If not refunded, clients must provide:
• Transaction ID
• Payment screenshot
• Date & time of payment

We will coordinate with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.

8. Refund Mode & Processing Time

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued only to the original payment method.

Estimated timelines:

• Indian Transactions: 3–7 business days
• International Payments (PayPal/Card): 5–14 business days
